No text on dimensions

When I use the dimension command there are no numbers showing the dimension of any object I am trying to display the dimensions of. I’m sure the fix is easy but I can’t figure it out. Thanks for any help!

I’m sure the text is there.
try scaling model space (at the top) or font height
