When New is used with “No Template” selected a set of “internal defaults” is used according to Help for New.
Can the “internal defaults” be changed by the user?
Are these same internal defaults used when a file is opened which is not a .3dm or .3dmbak, presumably unless the file contains information which implies different settings?
