No Scroll Bar (material editor)

Playing with materials, I can’t scroll down to access the settings at the bottom of the material editor

I get a scrollbar, as I have them set to be always visible. But still can’t scroll all the way.

@maxsoder it looks like not all sections are taken into account when calculating height.

Created RH-48635 No scrollbar on Mac material editor.

This is now fixed and the fix will be out in the next WIP.
