I installed Rhino 6.16 however I am there is no Options > Plug-ins ( not exist)
also I installed v-ray … I am getting error loading - vrayforrhino

Hello - I would close Rhino, open the Windows control panel > Ador remove programs, locate Rhino 6, click, > Modify > Repair…
And see if that does anything good.

do u think it is strange that I have only one path under the pligins

If the repair didn’t work you can try:
C:\Program Files\Rhino 6\Plug-ins
.rhp
onto your open Rhino.Grasshopper
folder under the plug-ins folder, and drag the right RHP file onto your open Rhino.Did none of the plug-ins load? Please check again Tools > Options > Plug-Ins
