No move command

hello,
In Transform almost all functions are lost ( move , rotate …)
Did I do something wrong ?

hi @robbertwescher can you run _SystemInfo in Rhino and post back the results?

Good Morning Gijs ( are you Dutch? )

Rhino didn’t start up at all this morning , so I made a fresh installation , no changes in Grasshopper though.

note that your graphics card has lower specs than the recommended minimum to run Rhino 8, and a very old display driver. That doesn’t explain the missing transform tools though.
I would try to run a Rhino repair to see if that makes a difference:

Good Morning Gijs,

I already made a Clean installation of RH8 , same grasshopper , what more can I do ?

By the way , transform is still there in my old RH 7 , but i get this message by starting it up.

Hello Gijs,

Rhino 8 didn’t start up this morning again , obvious the problem is bigger then just the grasshopper issue.

New installation works for a day , next day , same problem .

RH 7 runs fine.

Can it be a lisence issue ?

Greetings Robbert

Morning Gijs,

new Issue ,

De-installed RH8 , deleted the maps in program files , installed RH8 new , works fine ( but it still remembers my last opened /saved files ??? ) grasshopper issue the same.

Rhino asks to install an update , after closing RH8 and updating ist doesn’t start up anymore……

Hope you’ve got a solution form me soon.

Greetings Robbert

Try running using safemode.

Tested safe mode , RH8 doesn’t start up , same issue.

Greetings Robbert

what if you go to task manager? do you see a process called Rhino.exe?

No , I don’t

hello,

Until yet i replied to teh E-Mails you sent , when I take a look at the issue at your portal I saw that Gijs asked to REPAIR Rhino 8.

After running repair RH8 started up und Transform in Grasshopper is back.

Thanks for the support.
