No call to ApplyLightChanges when layer visibility is changed

ApplyLightChanges is not called when the layer on which a light is placed is hidden.

I don’t know if this is at all related to the changes you are about to make to the change queue (see my other post here Problem with ApplyMeshInstanceChanges and linked blocks) so I opened a new thread.

I see the problem. I have logged it as RH-47221. Thank you for reporting.

I have created a fix for this. It’ll be in 6.8.
