The percentage sliders are so sensitive to mouse adjustment by default that it is impossible to easily select a specific value. If integer values are allowed, the mouse should be able to pick each integer quickly. (July 14 BETA)
Apparently discourse added a gratis mac optional tag to my post (because I used a Mac to create the topic?). I have not tested this on a Mac.

i was able to confirm — the sliders in the new Zebra panel track the mouse continuously with no snap, so there’s no way to detent onto an exact value by dragging.

I would add that any slider in Rhino should allow a manual fine adjustment via the arrow keys while the mouse pointer is hovering over the slider (even if the LMB is not pressed). The latter will allow a precise adjustment without the fear that releasing the held LMB will do an unwanted micro-adjustment caused by the slight movement of the mouse upon that very moment.
