Hey Everyone,

Here is the second Work-In-Progress (WIP) release of the new (and hopefully) improved [RhinoPolyhedra](https://www.food4rhino.com/app/rhinopolyhedra) plug-in.

Note, this WIP requires Rhino 6 SR8 or later.

[RhinoPolyhedra\_6.0.6838.24400.rhi](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/mcneel/uploads/default/original/3X/7/5/75c32914a4bc3db4cc8017f4f02fb3d19ac36f11.rhi) (1.6 MB)

If you wondering the first WIP release was all about, here is the thread I posted back in July:

[New RhinoPolyhedra WIP available](https://discourse.mcneel.com/t/new-rhinopolyhedra-wip-available/67903)

What’s new in WIP 2:

- The package now includes a plug-in for Grasshopper. You’ll find the components on the `Mesh` toolbar under `Polyhedron`.
- The package also includes a new Rhino toolbar file (.rui).
- More shapes (I think we are now up to ~635). Here is a Grasshopper document that lets you see them all.

[TestPolyhedron.gh](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/mcneel/uploads/default/original/3X/a/7/a7c7fc956365a62bcc940eb99fd618f4f4ed6722.gh) (12.2 KB)

Let me know what you think.

Enjoy!

– Dale

I would like to copy some names of these polyhedra from the Polyhedron plugin window and paste the names into a text file.

\_MeshQuadSphere command line does not working on Rhino 6.9, but in Rhino 7 Wip is working .

When I loaded TestPolyhedron.gh file, Rhino displayed two error messages, shown below. Grasshopper displayed the program, but the program did not work.

Did you miss this item in the July post?

“Note, if you already have RhinoPolyheda installed, you _might_ need to remove it before installing the WIP.”

Looks like “might” is actually “must”.

Hi @Andrew_Nowicki,

There isn’t a way to get a list of shape names. Why do you need this?

Seems to work here and on two other systems I control.

I do not need complete list, just one name at a time. It saves time I waste typing the names by hand. By the way, I have found a workaround - I make the shape, select it, and I copy its name from its object name in the panel.
