New license is not valid

I received a key license number in the email to start working with Reino 7 Evaluation, but when trying to log in, my license number was found to be invalid.
what should I do?

Rhino Evaluation not working

Hello all, just downloaded the rhino evaluation for windows, and used the license given to me in my email. However, I keep getting the message that the evaluation period has expired and I am not sure why.
