"New in V6" toolbar not correct here - default.rui not the latest?

I only have two entries in my “New in V6”

Plus the other entry just below it that doesn’t have a checkbox.

Looking at default.rui, I see it dates from January 3rd… Didn’t installing the final version update the default .rui?
