I have a new bug in SR13/14 in that right-clicking on some already swapped icons show the original icon:
And when you go to replace it with a new SVG, the PC fans go crazy, the entire dialog is super slow and you end up with this preview (note the thumbnails in the bottom right not updating):
EDIT: Seems it shows the old PNG thumbnails instead of the new SVG you replaced them with, because this is my older custom icon showing in the editor…
