New GH component to run other scripts?

Hello,

I remember a release of a GH component that enables running a script outside Rhino/GH and reporting the solution back into GH.

But I don’t remember how is it called and where I can find it?

type rhino command PackageManager ,then search for “Hops” , Select Hops and then Install
