Hi all ı am trying to create a heal shoe model with network surface when try to do it it does not follow to curves how can ı fix this. Thanks for all the return.

you are asking too much from one surface, this should be made in a few surfaces, or even better make it with subd

post your geometry

Thanks for your reply can you refer me a video or what commands than ı can use it ?

Try exploring a couple things relative to the curve point density, dialogue tolerances of the network, and maybe adding more curves in that particular direction of the network.

Sometimes it can be difficult to handle higher densities but practice makes perfect.

Later when I have more time, I’ll explore a few things with the file you shared. Currently I’m letting a colleague play with my license on the zoo. :zebra: don’t wanna accidentally boot them haha

Also, if it’s a midline symmetric design, then sometimes it can be advantageous to work on one side and then mirror it later per say, although midline smoothness can be another process of course. But that can simplify the network at one stage or another.

:100:

try a layout like this-

based on your curves it’ll be tough to get any type of continuity but if you start here, and rebuild/ match/ blend etc you can start with this type of topology and use it as a guide to build something nicer.

or this topo for subd-

I posted a video about how I model a SubD last with a scan as a reference.
