Neon clippingplanes?


Hi @andy, when will Neon support clippingplanes?

Being able to evaluate objects lit with skylight when clippingplanes are on will be great.

Neon just goes OpenGL at the moment I turn the view to the other side:

It calculates but it doesn’t show the result.

There’s nothing I can do to support them right now. I’m hoping to be able to get there in the future though.


Ok, but could you then prevent it from turning to OpenGL when viewd from the clipped side?
This makes it look like Neon isn’t working at all.

Unfortunately, because of the display trickery that is used when using clipping planes, I haven’t yet been able to figure out a way around it.
