Negative extend surface in Rhino 7

But they won’t accept negative extend values in my rhinoceros 7?

How do I extend the selected surface to the extents of the already extended green curve? I can’t seem to be able to sweep this extended curve by using the edges of the red surface as guiderails. The result self-intersects or continues on the wrong side. [Extend surface]

Wombat’s surface extend doesn’t accept negative values either. That’s weird, because the Rhino command can extend inward (with negative values).
