Is there a way I can assign separate revit categories to each of the layers I have listed (structure, topo, floor, roof)?
You can as shown below and adjusting your input trees as needed… only thing to keep in mind there is no “Structural” category in Revit you might need to segregate it more or decide to generalize them under a single category according to your needs.
