Overall, I need to somehow make this shape [all of it, but if not just the curve thing..] into a closed brep and then waffle it [ and then flatten it? so that I can laser cut asap ] but I’m stuck!!!

Could the grasshopper Gods please give me some pointers I’m completely lost on how to laser cut this at all
