Need help: how to get the tree item

if I had a group tree at the left side ,I want to pick up the different item. but I try many times always get wrong answer .

Nothing wrong with ”trying many times and getting the wrong answers”. That’s how you learn.

But, what is it you are trying to achieve? Be very specific.

I try to used the “tree branch” pick up each tree item to “list item” can get the right answer, but when I used all sequence can’t
