Need Help! GH Trigger/Timer counting slows when file has many objects

Hi there. If anyone knows the solution, I need your help please !!

I am making a Script which uses GH trigger/timer, but when there are many objects in the scene AND (IMPORTANT) when these many objects has material with (even 1%) of transparency, the GH Trigger/Timer becomes slow with viewport “Render Mode”.
.
if there is not many objects nor not has material with any transparency nor the viewport is not “Render Mode”, GH Trigger/Timer works well and speedy.

The interval time of GH Trigger/Timer is 1ms (I need this setting for my script)

I will attach the sample file of 3dm file and GH file which has 40000(200*200) mesh ball with the material which has 1% of transparency.

If someone know, please tell me this is BUG of Rhino.
And I am sorry because my case is really specifique case driven.
