Need Help for complex transition using single span surface solution only

Hi peeps,

I am having issues with surfacing this transition with only single span surface only.

Please do not recommend me subd, network surface, or any solution that introduce multi span solution.

Any solution to this?

Thanks for the solution! It is possible if you can provide me the working file as I intend to analyze the CV flow through the different surfaces you have created.
