Necessary to uninstall all Python versions other than Rhino's?

Hi there,

Have a problem with an installation where Python 3.6 has been installed on a computer and Rhino/Python fails to find the rhinoscriptsyntax modules. You get the message 'module' object has no attribute 'functionname'...

Is the only remedy to completely uninstall any other Pythons present on the machine?

Thanks, --Mitch

Hi Mitch

FWIW … here I have both Rhino (with IronPython) and CPython 2.7.8 on this machine without problems.

Hi @Helvetosaur

I don’t think this was the error message, usually. Also, CPython is not known to have any incompatibility. See a list of know IronPython versions that have issues with Rhino.

OK, got it straightened out here, was not this problem after all… Sorry for the noise. --Mitch
