Native Rhino file or not

Dear All,
Does anyone know, how to check, whether file was imported in Rhino, or it is a native Rhino file.
Does such diagnostics exist? How it is accessible, in what menu?
I suspect that some my files are not Rhino native, but they were imported in it.
I need to create a catalog of my files.

Hi Alexander- there is no way that I know of to check this - but… why do you want to know? The one exception that I can think of is IGES files- these usually, if not always, add some information to the Notes in the Rhino file.

So if I understood there is no way to differ whether file was prepared in Rhino or imported?

Correct- as far as I know there is no reliable way to determine this.
