My rhino 5 license due to expire next year, what do I do next?

I thought when I bought the license I can use it forever, but its due to expire next July and I haven’t even learnt it completely yet.
What is the next logical step? Do I upgrade to the latest 8? Or upgrade to 6? Am I missing key factors by getting the 8? I’m just below mediocre on knowing how to use it. I’m just learning how to use a 3d printer too. I use it for jewellery design.

Uh where did you learn of this?

All licenses are permanent and do not expire, any questions please email to our sales sales@mcneel.com

You can purchase a upgraded license by browsing the following page.

Is it actually a jewelry plugin that is expiring? Rhino itself has a truly permanent license.

Thanks for letting me know. great to have it confirmed. I don’t know why I found an expiry date on something to do with it. I’m sure whatever it is I’ll get a reminder and if I have any queries I can return here.

Great I’ll follow through with this upgrade. much appreciated!
