Hi everyone i have this strange issue where everytime i do a command or something my preview window turns upside down or just in a strange angle,also when im not working inside this window, its really ruining my workflow 
and i have my exam in two weeks, i hope anyone can help me. I wanted to add a photo but cant seem to find that option.

it is rather difficult to decipher from your description what problem you are facing, i also have never encountered anything close to imaginable.
simply drag and drop the screenshot into the reply field here, alternatively use this icon pointed out below
screen shots you can make on mac os with cmd shift 4 then you will get a cross instead of the mouse pointer which lets you mark a field or cmd shift 3 which simply makes the entire screen once you let go it should appear on your desktop after a short delay (which you can turn off)
Yes that makes sense iām sorry that sounded so noob, i ofc meant my persepctive window:) i was a bit tired when i wrote that. this is how it looks, and thanks for getting back to me.
it does this almost everytime i do a command. then i click the 4 viewports symbol to go back to normal but then when i start working it will flip in some strange direction again. I maybe think it could be becuase i somehow had turned auto cPlane World on by mistake. will see if the problem continues today
