My license key for the free trial doesn't work

yesterday I signed up for the first time for the free trial of Rhino 7 for Mac. But the license key I received doesn’t work. It says that the license is not valid anymore. But this is my first trial.
The mail named 23 June 2022 as the expiring date.

The information in the database shows that you started the first 90-days trial on November 7^th and the period ended on February 5^th. Are you using your own computer?
