Drawing center box in multi-landing spiral stair is difficult and take much time. what is the best way to find best form of curve and then extruding in center box form spiral stair.

You can set the control points to be in line with the straight sections like so, but you’ll need to ChangeDegree to 3 in the U direction to get 4 rather than three points in that direction :
