I was wondering if anyone has advice about this issue. My student on a PC made a project on Rhino and emailed me the 3dm file but I can’t open it on my Mac running Rhino. All I get is spinning ball of death. I’m running Rhino 6 for Mac and he is running Rhino 5 for PC. I’ve never run into this situation before, I’m thinking corrupted file, so he might have to start from scratch?

Please also run the SystemInfo command in Rhino and copy/paste the results here.
