The feature request for exposing that setting is on the list as RH-63322.

A cosmetic issue:
On the settings, under ARROWS, the Arrow Size box rounds to thousands while the Leader Arrow Size rounds to ten thousands.

Are you using a factory-default template, and, if so, which one?
