Move Two Curves in unison

Continuing a problem I have been working on for months—

Here I have part of a hull form. The Red lines are vertical frames. The Orange are horizontal waterlines generated form the frames.

The frame is fair but the waterline has a bump. I need to nudge the waterline and modify the frame so that it goes through the waterline.

Have you tried using EditPtOn to turn on edit points on the orange curve? Then edit these with a Near Osnap to the red curves. Post the curves involved please if you need more help.
