Move license to the cloud zoo doesn't work


my Bongo license is running as standalone. I press the remove button to release it for the cloud zoo. Than I tried to add the license to the cloud zoo, but I get the message:


So, I can use my license at my computer, remove it, but can not add it to the cloud zoo. What did I wrong?

I found your account and read the error message.
You’re attempting to use the wrong email address.
Try the *.de address.
By using a different email address, the system thinks you are someone else trying to steal the license.

That “de” address is getting messages that someone is trying to take the license.

Your Rhino account has both addresses but the Bongo license doesn’t.
Please contact your regional McNeel Sales office so they can clean up the issue.
