is it possible to add a system to move easily the layout with the left click or shift+left click because it is not fast to organize the layout.

One more request:
Would it be possible to make the “layout bar” collapse and expandable?
Like using a + or - sign to show/hide layouts.
If someone want me to descibe it better, please let me know. (understand that this description wasn’t as clear as in my head)
