Move divided point ( numbers) to excel in 3 columns (x,y,z)

Hi, according to the photo i divided many points to numbers and i want list them in excel because i need each of x,y,z of points. i want arrange them in excel in 3 columns.

thanks for your help!
(I have lunch box,extra, excel plugins but i do not know how can i use them)
