For some reason my mouse is tumbling in the viewport all of a sudden. Was on an older RH when it started. Just updated to 7.11— and it’s still happening.
Then when I use the space mouse (enterprise), it “snaps” into position on the horizon again.
In Options > View, check your Rotate settings:
