Morph Script to convert one shape into another

Hello, I was wondering if there was a command or script that will morph one specified shape into another specified shape in a predetermined number of steps. For example, morph a square into a circle in 10 steps. The result would be 10 line/curve objects showing that evolution.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
