MonoChrome better when in motion

The MonoChrome shade mode is better when the viewport is in motion.
The qualitiy gets worse as soon as I release the RMB.
This is on OOB Rhino, no adjustments on WireThickness, WireVBOs etc.

I think this is caused by the order of drawing, I logged RH-79938 Silhouettes ‘mix’ with Edges (Monochrome)

I am getting a better display quality, setting edges to black / 1px:
