Modify start and end point coordinates of single line

Hi, how can I modify the coordinates of the points forming a single line using RhinoScriptSyntax? I can read the coordinates, but fail to understand how to modify them…

Hello- it is probably a matter of make a new line with the coordinates you like, copying the attributes of the original (rs.MatchObjectAttributes()) and then deleteing the original.
