Ok I am closer 
Now it kind of works with multiple regions.
The only thing I need help with is how to replace Z Values with new ones at correct index ?
Pick and Choose worked with a list , but I have list multiple branches and it doesn’t work!

I’ve made a progress. It works with multiple curves regions. I still think I am making a mistake somewhere.
It looks kind of weird.
Also for some reason your Second falloff for blending factor doesn’t work ?
