Modeling a Point Cloud

I’m interested in modeling a point cloud of a car. How can I make a 3d model from the point cloud so that it is perfectly accurate?

Search the Rhino Web site and Wiki for “Reverse Engineering”.

“Perfectly accurate” isn’t possible because no point cloud scanner can collect perfect data points. That’s just one of the issues to deal with reverse engineering projects.
That, and there are no native Rhino commands that can fit accurate and smooth surfaces to random point data.
