Missing texture file from iRhino

I have scaned the object using iRhino.
In iPad, iRhino shows the model with the texture.
When I save the model in google drive to open in Rhino8 desktop, rhino8 tells that the texture is missing from the model.

is there any way to get the texture file?

Do you get the same error if you download the file first on your local drive and then open it?

thanks for your support.
I have scanned model and saved the initial model on iPad instead of saving it on googleDrive directly…
After that I have shared models from iPad to googleDrive. All the models are now opens with the textures…

I will try another scan and save directly to googleDrive and see what happens.
