I might have brought this up once before but couldn’t find it. I have people exporting me assemblies from Inventor…or from the associated PDM vault…?..and when send me an IGES I only get one instance of each part. If they send a STEP, I get the complete assembly. Is this issue more likely to be on the export or the import side?
Hi Jim- Hm. I’ll ask. I could see it being either, but I don’t think Rhino makes any efforrt to read in instances from Iges where that is supported, at least I have not heard of this before.
