Missing Components

Sometimes when opening Gh file, it shows this type of error. Then in most cases, some C# or Python scripts (maybe other programming language scripts) components are missing.

is this using the latest rhino build?

Yes, 8.27. But it happened in the old v8 as well.

might as well send the gh file so someone can take a look at it
