Metahopper Set Panel error

Hi guys,

new to working with Metahopper’s setpanel tool, trying to give a panel conditional color based on boolean. I’ve read the other post on panel color based on boolean value and Metahopper seems the most logical way for me to proceed.

However I’m instantly getting an error message as I connect my panel to the Set Panel Properties component :

(as you can see I’m not even assigning color by boolean yet)

I’m sure I’m overlooking something very basic. Help would be much appreciated though!

Can you hover over the P input and share a screenshot of that please?

As far as I remember, you do not plug in the panel into there.

Instead, use the select button to select the panel with a mouse click.

Rather than connect the panel directly to the p input, I would give that panel a custom nick name, then feed that name into the NN input (nick name can be in another panel connected to nn)
