Getting this here as well, though I can only find that I use EditBox. Which is not the same thing.

@Alain, can you look into this?
which version of Rhino are you running?
5.1 - 5B161

Can you delete
~/Library/Application Support/McNeel/Rhinoceros/MacPlugIns/IronPython/settings/version.txt
before you launch Rhino?

Unfortunately yes. Internally we track the rhinoscriptsyntax python files separately form the plug-in and recently RhinoCommon got updated along with the python files but the plug-in version stayed the same. I’ll fix the issue right away.
