we are currently having a problem with shapediver model not downloading after being saved or purchased.
Any suggestions what could cause the problem ?
Please explain in detail the steps taken which lead to this error message. I suppose by “download” you actually mean “export”, is this correct?
Are you maybe permanently storing a download link which you requested for an export? That would explain the problem. Download links for exports are time limited and only valid for the lifetime of a session.
After the customer makes a purchase or saves the project created from an embedded shapediver API. An email gets sent to the customer with a download link. The link is not stored, it gets parameter from the API depending on the changes that the customer made.
The ShapeDiver plugin supports two types of exports:
