MeshSplit with terrain not working well

Here is a simple mesh split bug.
Choose to split the terrain with the hollow box or visa versa, they both fail.
MeshBooleanDifference works just fine though.

EDIT: I also see the other problem, the other way around. I hope that fixing these will fix the other.
