When I attempt to put a hole in this crate mesh, it deletes some extra stuff, like the top and main door, and I don’t know why? Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.
The container mesh probably isn’t closed nicely. Did you run _check yet?
I ran the check, and I believe it said the mesh was valid, but I could check again to ensure.

hi @Clayton_Hull since the container isn’t a closed mesh but a disjoint open multimesh, I recommend to use MeshTrim instead (run the command with both meshes selected). After manually trimming the parts you want to delete, you can join the meshes into 1 mesh (though it will remain an open disjoint mesh)
