Hi I have this 3d scan model that I took into to fusion to convert the STL mesh to a step file. Is there a way in rhino to join the mesh triangles?

Would this also compress the file? Im looking to compress this model as well as its hard to manipulate/add to my cam software

Sure, you also can try the ReduceMesh , it is a good tool for ‘compressing’ the mesh.
