Mesh surface creates additional lines

I’m trying to make that shape meshed. But when I applied the command, it shows me extra lines on the particular shape randomly.
How can I remove this and apply mesh for only that shape that I want?

Hello - try Merge2MeshFaces and click on that edge.

Thanks, I can remove the lines. But there are still dots on the both side of lines. How can I remove the dots either?

What do you mean by dots? Can you post an image that shows those?
