Mesh+ plugin

Hello
I need to install Mesh+ plugin but when I copy the downloaded files inside the libraries folder inside grasshopper in the C it doesn’t show inside grasshopper as an icon to open it’s toolbar so it seams to be not installed yet, so how can I install it properly ?

I think Mesh+ is a collection of user objects not a .gha, so instead the libraries folder I think you want to put all the *.ghuser files in your User Object directory
C:\Users…\AppData\Roaming\Grasshopper\UserObjects
