Mesh display different from PC to Mac

I have a mesh generated by Recap360 and it assigns the texture maps to the meshes. I import it into the PC version and the meshes show with maps, but the Mac version does not, even when I send the file as a 3dm that re-opens fine on the PC.

Is this just the way it is?

Hi David- what is the file format you’re using to import the meshes? Are the textures (bitmaps) in the same folder in both cases?
